These Terms apply to your use of:
- abtestkit.io (the “Website”); and
- the abtestkit WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”).
By using the Website or Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

2) Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website or Plugin, including by:

We may block access to the Website if we reasonably believe there is misuse or abuse.
3) Telemetry (optional)
The Plugin may offer optional telemetry. If you choose “Yes” during onboarding, the Plugin will send anonymous usage events to abtestkit.io as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not collect telemetry if you choose “No”. (This aligns with transparency expectations for telemetry collection.)
4) No warranty
The Website and Plugin are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every theme/plugin/server configuration.
A/B testing results vary and depend on your site, traffic, content, and implementation — we don’t guarantee any specific uplift or outcome.
5) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data) arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Plugin.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and testing changes safely (e.g., staging environments).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (e.g., fraud).
6) Third-party services
The Website/Plugin may reference or integrate with third-party products and services (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, page builders). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
7) Changes, updates, and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Website or Plugin at any time.
8) Intellectual property
The “abtestkit” name, branding, and Website content (excluding third-party/open-source components) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our branding without permission.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales (unless mandatory local consumer law applies).
